Berserk
The series follows Guts aka the black swordsman who was a mercenary taken in by the band of the hawk. After their leader sacrificed one of his own to become the god hand & keep a firm grip on his kingdom, he sets out on a firm quest for vengeance to take down Griffith and restore peace and serenity to the kingdom. Joining him on his quest for revenge is his lover, Casca, who had her memory wiped due to the fact that she has seen way too many horrors in her lifetime. They are also joined by his adopted daughter, Erica, and Rickert, the only hawk who was not there at the time of the eclipse. Together, they will stop at nothing to kill Griffith & bring justice back to their kingdom.Â
